Micheline

Registered Dental Hygienist

Micheline graduated from Worcester State College with a Bachelor’s in Biology and from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science with a Post Baccalaureate in Dental Hygiene.

Micheline's #1 goal is to make everyone feel comfortable in the dental chair. Part of this is listening and understanding the patient and providing the most outstanding, compassionate care for every patient.

In her free time, Micheline spends time with her family, including her husband and daughter. They enjoy going for walks in the park and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops around the city.

Shannon

Registered Dental Hygienist

Shannon graduated from Bristol Community College in Fall River, MA with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2013 and from Providence College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts in 2015.

Shannon has been part of our dental family since 2014. Shannon's focus is to enable patients to take control of their oral health by providing them with the best education and care possible.

In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and family and participating in a bowling league. Shannon also loves animals and has several in her family.

Danielle

Registered Dental Hygienist

Danielle graduated from Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, MA with an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2018.

Danielle's goal is to provide every patient with an amazing care experience. Danielle wants to make sure every patient feels comfortable and understands the importance of oral health to overall health. Danielle is caring, gentle, and compassionate.

In her free time, Danielle spends time with her family, loves reading, and enjoys spoiling her dog. She grew up in the Greater Boston Area.

Erika

Registered Dental Hygienist

Erika graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene in Somerville, MA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene with summa cum laude honors in 2024. She also obtained an Associates of Arts in Health Sciences degree from the North Shore Community College with magna cum laude honors prior to this. She continues to maintain a strong presence in the dental hygiene education community, helping dental hygiene students in their programs.

Erika’s number one goal is to provide patients with outstanding care, a positive experience and the knowledge to improve their oral health. She wants patients to know their oral health impacts their overall health and we are there to help them with a gentle and compassionate touch.

In her free time, Erika enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, skiing, and hiking with her dog.

Lori

Registered Dental Hygienist

Lori received her Associate of Science Degree from Quinsigamond Community College dental hygiene program in 2014 and has been serving the patients of Natick and surrounding communities since. Prior to becoming a hygienist, Lori worked in a variety of customer service and healthcare roles in the physical therapy, chiropractic, and pharmaceutical industries.

Lori’s role as your hygienist is to facilitate a lifetime of dental health by listening to you, building a trusting relationship, and teaching you how to manage your own oral health, which contributes to your overall health and wellbeing. She wants all patients to know the future depends on what you do today. Your future teeth will thank you for flossing today!

In her free time, Lori loves spending time with her family. Enjoys camping, crocheting, scrapbooking, playing board games, reading, and zentangling.

Jackie

Office Manager

Jackie’s goal is to offer the best dental service to all our guests. As part of the team, Jackie believes we can help all patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles.

In her free time, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family.

Beatriz

Patient Coordinator

Beatriz' motto is "put a smile on, it makes a lasting impression." It is important for her to build trust with every patient and show the importance of oral health. Beatriz is fluent in Portuguese and is originally from Portugal.

In her free time, Beatriz enjoys spending time with family, playing with her dogs, and eating basically any type of food.

Adrianne

Patient Coordinator

Adrianne has extensive experience in dental insurance claims and billing. She previously worked for Summit Dental Partners and also has a background in bio technology and sales. Adrianne believes patients should be treated the way you want to be treated. She wants every patient to know the dentist and our office will provide the best possible dental care to each patient and help people feel comfortable and happy.

Adrianne enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Golf has become a new hobby. She also loves to attend concerts with friends and family.

Mileidy

Patient Coordinator

Mileidy wants every patient to know we care about their smile, their health, and overall experience. One’s smile affects their confidence, being able to enjoy food, and is tied to the systemic health. She is committed to helping every patient feel like their smile is only getting healthier and easier to manage.

In her free time, Mileidy is a hairstylist and has a cosmetology license. She enjoys doing lashes, nails, etc. She also likes to sing, spend time with her grandma, and her dad.

Corallys

Lead Dental Assistant

Corallys' goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and friendly environment for all patients. She will care for and assist all patients to the best of her abilities. Her mission is for each and every patient to leave each appointment with a beautiful smile and feeling awesome.

In her free time, Corallys spends time with her family and also is attending Framingham State University pursuing a degree in Psychology.

Carol

Lead Dental Assistant

Carol loves our patients and strives to give them the best experience possible. It is very important for Carol that all patients feel comfortable and happy throughout their journey with us.

In her free time, Carol enjoys spending time with her family.

Gaby

Dental Assistant

Gaby joined us in 2022 as an intern from Keefe Technical School in their Dental Assisting preparation program which she graduated in 2023. She is originally from Brazil and fluent in Portuguese.

Gaby works hard to build relationships with patients so they are always comfortable here. She wants every patient to believe that going to the dentist does not have to be scary.

In her free time, Gaby enjoys spending time with family, exploring nature, and trying new activities and food.

Hazel

Remote Virtual Assistant

Hazel joined us in 2026 as a remote virtual assistant from the Philippines. She has a Bachelors in Business Administration at Filamer Christian University and has various experience and training in health and dental insurance. She prides her self in excellence, accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism throughout her work in the insurance life cycle and patient/provider communication.

Hazel believes every patient deserves a smooth and stress-free dental experience through clear communication, compassionate service, and reliable insurance support. She wants patients to believe that they are genuinely cared for and supported throughout their dental experience. Trust and clear communication are essential because they help patients feel comfortable, confident, and informed about their treatment, insurance coverage, and overall oral health. When patients feel valued and understood, they are more likely to maintain consistent dental care and build long-term relationships with the practice.

In her free time, Hazel loves spending quality time with family, reading, watching movies and learning new skills.
